How To uplaod a Pic (admin panel only)

first off goto the admin panel (bottom of the whole page).
then you press simple instaed of advanced mode.
then you goto users&groups.
click users.
then edit your acc and near the bottom you should see the spot for it =D.
then you press simple instaed of advanced mode.
